19/3/2013 10:43 | If anyone did they have probably unlocked the secrets of time travel so have better things to do than report back here hey ? | scientologyweirdo
19/3/2013 10:38 | So no one went to the presentation?.. | sparty1
15/3/2013 10:45 | Cheers, will have a look. Can't go as it is my son's birthday.. | broncowarrior
15/3/2013 09:09 | Bronco,check the lse board , cabman is going.I cant make that date.Hopefully someone will make notes... | sparty1
13/3/2013 14:24 | Agreed. Just bought a few more. Would like to go the Mining Mavern thing, will see. | broncowarrior
13/3/2013 12:02 | news re jorc beforemining haven would be perfect. It looks like any mine in one area at least could be open cast so low cost so less dependant on gold price..Jorc news will concentrate minds and the Randgold factor very important. The company is sitting on cash still, and very encouraging results... Plus aquisitions ..and a peaceful part of what is now a peacful country imo. Market cap of £3.47 looks faintly ridiculous... ! | sparty1
13/3/2013 10:17 | agreed ,anyone going to mining haven ? | sparty1
05/3/2013 18:02 | We are just not on the radar at the moment. If we JORC the resource, then sell to Randgold or AN other for multiples of the company value, that will likely concentrate minds. | broncowarrior
04/3/2013 10:36 | Well should be 10p min..it was before a string of rns`s bringing excellent news!.Makes no sense. The maiden jorc perhaos will concentrate minds! The gold is there .They are finding it,it is a relatively shallow deposit. No doubt randgold are keeping an eye on things.... :) | sparty1
01/3/2013 13:53 | I agree, but I do think the market is pricing in a little bit for that unlikely occurence. I liked the 80p-100p share price talk yesterday! | broncowarrior
01/3/2013 10:56 | I thought that last rns cleared up any funding issues they have plenty of cash ,they use very little to great effect. Re total breakdown in mali... We know there have been no problems anywhere near our areas and where there was a problem ,It was quickly ,and effectively dealt with. Combined french and african forces ...sounds like a determination to keep the trouble makers close to or over the algerian border.Widespread civil unrest will not be allowed to happen.Thje surrounding countries dont want it and neither do the population of mali reading and watching news reports. | sparty1
01/3/2013 09:57 | Sorry not sure what happened there: Risks - civil breakdown in Mali - they run out of cash prior to issuing the JORC. Both I like to hope unlikely. | broncowarrior
01/3/2013 09:56 | I posted to CHIP about this (one of the most knowledgeable gold people on ADVFN) and he hadn't even really hear about AME. That tells you it is off the radar. I think fund managers also have rules about investing in companies that are so small because of liquidity risks, i.e. getting stuck. This will likely need PI interest to ramp up to get it up to the 10mm market value mark, whereupon it will hit screens. In my opinion it is also a screaming buy at this price. Risks - complete civil breakdown in Mali | broncowarrior

01/3/2013 09:38 | very hard to determine why there is so little interest in a well run company with outstanding prospects!few shares etc.. | sparty1
01/3/2013 09:13 | RNS :) Well run company ...how refreshing.. | sparty1
01/3/2013 09:12 | I think whats going to happen here is they are going to ,as cheaply as possible ,prove up the various areas To maiden Jorc.Do mining survey .(It certaqinly looks like open cast is possibility) Then sell them off ...Very lucrative if it happens. This prudent cash cutting should mean no dilution more than those 5 million shares. 5 mill is nothing ...takes the total shares in issue to under 80 mill... The managment clearly think that warrant price is easily acheivable....Good team ,good rns`s great prospects. I`m very happy with my investment! Strong buy imo | sparty1
01/3/2013 07:12 | Another rns in. It's clear they are doing everything possible to avoid a fund raising prior to the JORC. Hopefully the JORC will take us over the warrant price which will then provide the liquidity we need. | broncowarrior
28/2/2013 14:05 | Thanks drewz, good analysis. I wonder whether AME will be taken over or Randgold or AN other just buy the particular asset... | broncowarrior
28/2/2013 11:37 | I agree with britishb and sparty. AME could/should multibag from here. I expect these drill results to be transformational for the company, yet the market has not twigged how good the prospects now are to prove up a low cost open pit mine with a commercial resource, such as are currently being mined in the region by the likes of Randgold and Avocet. I expect the initial JORC resource to be quite modest, maybe in the region of 350,000oz. However, given the width and grade intersections already found, and unexplored strike length, with further drilling I expect this initial resource may well be expanded to a much larger figure of 1.5moz-2moz over the next 2 - 3 years. It is quite conceivable to imagine the company being bought out by the likes of Randgold if/when they understand the nature and size of this discovery and a figure of $120m - $150m should be achievable, given the low strip ratio near-surface characteristics of the prospective mine. So a take out figure of 80p-100p/share in due course is not out of the question, particularly if the gold price takes off north of $2000/oz which some gold experts are predicting it will through 2014-15 as Japan/EU/US/UK all print money like mad to service their spiralling debts. Consider the nature of the discovery, the context of where the discovery lies in relation to other commercial gold mines in this region, the pedigree and backgrounds of the management here, the low market cap/number of shares in issue, the cash on the balance sheet to fund further drilling. Lots of ifs and buts at this early stage, of course, but vast multibagger potential if/when gold fever infects the junior gold universe as I expect it will in due course. | drewz
28/2/2013 09:21 | excellent! Thing is people read this rns but are unaware how few shares are out there! Also how little cash has been burned to get here. Its a strong buy for me and adding as we approach that maiden jorc.No problems anywhere our areas ,never have been and the share price as a brief look at the charts will show the share price has suffered because of the unrest a 1000KM north. That has gone now....should be at least where it was 10p plus imo | sparty1
28/2/2013 08:40 | I'd say the results are decent. Grade x width over 100 is top stuff, over 50 is v nice. I guess there's a decent resource there. Usual issues of finance/what next but offers 10-100 bagger potential for wild gambling madmen. Best hope prob Randgold buying them out if they prove up a decent resource. How likely? I haven't got a clue. | britishb |
