I did top slice and I have a lot more now . 60% discount to what I sold so not too worry to much. That's the name of the game sell high buy a lot more lower with the profit.

I have traded this quite a bit yesterday. So in all fairness now it's just of sitting down and wait for 2nd wave.

Really pleased Stocko has turned up.Most investors make money buying the shares he rubbishes apparently.Some even use him as an investment tool to buy stocks i hear.Hope he carries on rubbishing the stock as he normally brings good luck to a share so please dont go stocko

bad robot...have taken a bigger slice than i had yesterday...now will forget about it till next set of rns...cant believe could have sold lot this morning and bought back whole lot and more lower....seems the wolfs are out trying to shake some stock loose....the mm's seemed to have used up all the 0.3p stock...have a feeling we will see the big sell end of close today...and the share price will crack off again tomorrow???

MM was offering that 5M @ 0,30p at 11:48.

Someone took it and that't why it jumped from 0.30 to .35p

doubt it will be D6, he trades in chunks of 50s

Looks like a v high risk punt from Nick Clark but then he has paid nearer the cash value than the mugs who were paying 50-100% premiums to him

Made little sense for AFE to rise on the back of the directors dumping en masse. McIntyre took a bath on his shares and foregoes the discounted options exercisable on a future RTO. Nick Clarke was already in the fold so has increased his leverage to any deal but it's all down to him now. Only 12 weeks left to do a transaction or the listing will get suspended.

I see some wolfs are out putting the hibbie jibbies on some poor investors....why would they do that?, to get in at a lower price?, don't listen to them, look at MEN and you will see where this is going.

Good I did not see 0.3p at 10.00. Just like I did not see 80--100%.

But difference I top slice at 92% and have reloaded at 60% discount to my sell.

* The Non-Executive Directors of African Eagle do not currently receive
any fee or salary in relation to their position on the Board.

As an employee of the Company the options granted to Robert McLearon
were granted under the share option scheme adopted by the Company on 27
July 2012, however the options granted to the other Board members were
granted in accordance with the terms of the share option scheme adopted
by the Company on 27 July 2012, but not under such scheme as, given
their positions as Non-Executive Directors of the Company, they are not
employees of the Company ("Grant").

These options will only vest on completion of an acquisition or
acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules for
Companies or when the Company otherwise implements its investing policy
(which has been approved by shareholders) to the satisfaction of the
London Stock Exchange plc.

stocko...have a feeling they knew this co. was going nowhere under their stewardship...and the deal would be you gusy sell and get out..and i will take over...nothing to do with being overvalued...plsu new chap knows they will sell. their options..once they are out completely...then have a feeling we will get the true deal announced...ps the 2 big boys are far better than the dregs that have been left offshore...:) patience...lets catch up in a months time:)

If Directors have sold out and dumping their options as well that pretty much tells you they think the share price is crazy overvalued and they are going to get out whilst the mug punters ducks are still quacking
