Nick Clarke went to the Camborne School of Mines graduating with a BSc in mining and is an entrepreneur having founded and sold two trading house businesses. Since 2010, Mr Clarke has been a private investor in a number of resource companies, including African Eagle Resources plc. Mr Clarke purchased substantially all of the African Eagle subsidiaries', assets and liabilities in August 2013.

Kola Karim is Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Shoreline Energy International, an energy and infrastructure company focused on Africa.

The Ordinary Shares have been purchased by Salkeld Investments Limited,
an entity wholly owned by Mr Nick Clarke. Following the purchases Nick
Clarke will be beneficially interested in 228,057,332 Ordinary Shares in
African Eagle, representing approximately 26.18 per cent. of the issued
share capital.

I do not say my entry price on BB

But this is what I am hoping. No ones buys 184M shares @ 0.23, 15% premium to closing price.

If this is RTO , I expect double or triple.

But remember this is up 71% up at the moment mate.
I expect MM to move it closer to close of day.

These smallcaps can move many folds up

Brasher2, something is definitely going on here, for at least two weeks money flow and price and volume indicate some big boys quietly buying, and not so quietly in the last day or so, i'll eat my hat if this is a pump and dump lol No one posted on this thread until today, everyone had 100% given up on AFE, always an excellent sign for buying low down.
