12p is purely rumour. I believe a big investor in ACU did quote in the press they wouldn't sell for less than either, 12p or 14p. Its probably on the LSE board a few months ago.

Any selling over the past couple of months has been
quietly hoovered up on a daily basis. So any buying
pressure here will see it rise quickly.

bid up now 33% since end of Jul. ZCI has hardly moved even though it practically owns ACU. Either ZCI is buying here or ZCI holders are buying in.
