Yesterday, AFC Energy published its quarterly newsletter for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, AFC signed an agreement with Bangkok Industrial Gas Co. Ltd. for an initial 10MW of installed AFC fuel cell capacity in three phases. Further, the company signed an MOU with Dubai Carbon Centre of Excellence to assess the deployment of 300MWfuel cell in Dubai by the end of 2020. The company also stated its intent to achieve the installation of 1GW fuel cell capacity by the end of 2020. Additionally, AFC made progress towards completion of the POWER-UP project – a stationary alkaline fuel cell power plant in Stade, Germany. The company also stated that it was working to educate the stakeholders about the benefits of stationary fuel cells as a clean, reliable and sustainable energy source.

Our view: The year 2015 has been a good one for AFC Energy so far. Realizing, the viability of the business with its strong long-term growth potential, the company has announced several new projects. Recently, the company announced a strong pre-tax profit in its latest set of half-year results, indicative of the fact that its investments are beginning to bear fruit. The timely completion of the POWER-UP project would also augur well for the performance of the company in the future.

In view of the strong project pipeline and the growth potential in the fuel cell market, we retain our Speculative Buy rating on AFC Energy.

Been having fun and games on Sirius, not taken too much notice of AFC...although all seems to be progressing nicely. Is it to good to be true only time will tell, should get an RNS next week if all goes to plan with Kore delivery this WE.

Don't worry about me numpty Norbus , I didn't bother about you when you was telling everyone to sell at 10p down to 7p . Infact I bought 190,000 shares at 10.15p and another 60,000 at 44p .

For someone who is not invested , you certainly spend a lot of time on this board .

Today my Bond is confident of exceeding 1 GW . New contracts in the pipe line that will be in the 100's of MW as well .

Quaterley newsletter published today. This is about as positive as anyone would wish for. On Stade the key sentence to me is :
"
I am happy to reconfirm my confidence in AFC delivering on its accelerated timeline for initial power generation from the KORE system next month.
"
Its only 30 days away and he wouldn't be saying this if he wasn't 99% confident of meeting the timeline.

We do have a great deal to look forward to. The successful running of POWER-UP, conversion of the Thailand and Dubai discussions into contracts, should revalue the company further.

Nice to see wind farm owners getting rich at the tax payers expense ....only £800m, energy market stinks subsidies encourage laziness bad practices and fraud.



I cannot find out how much an actual wind turbine costs and it life expectancy, they just give it per MW/Hr which is about £80.

Should see more and more people take positions as we get nearer to end of month . Just think , in 6 months time we will have our world showcase model up and running ...then everyone will want a piece of AFC and there tech . That's the point when AFC becomes the new Microsoft .

Time is the friend of a wonderful company ...the enemy of the mediocre .
