Lets hope IW is a magician he certainly needs to pull something out of the hat, and preferably not a rabbit, more like a pile of fifties. I bet he is not at the open day, if he is, he'd better be wearing body armer.

There is more too this than meets the eye...RA & ES would not have put more money in if they were not privy to exclusive information, no one would buy this company outright if its worthless ...like everything about AIM its very fishy.

Wish I'd cashed the rest of my holding at a small loss I might add, put all into FITB and got all my losses back and some, bummer.

NB...Plenty of time to get into ITM...that is a very long term project....which I suspect will be taken over at some point. AIM sadly is not for me anymore...there may never be another ASOS which has declined from £70+.

Deputy Chairman of what, AFC? why would he be posting on a share bulletin board?

Ianous is deputy chairman; more to a board's integrity than number of shares owned

how can Ianous press Ian Williams to go? no shareholders have any influence except RA. IW was the wrong hire in the first place, that was perfectly obvious at the time.

Ianous

I really do not understand how anyone can have RA and ES on their register and bring in a Lanstead. you can't blame it on a green newly hired CFO; the buck stops with the CEOs. You owe it to your investors to press Ian Williams to go. I am serious, or you will never survive this that will lead to total loss of confidence in the board and the company

maybe I'm just an old cynic. I've seen most of my AIM investments run into the ground or run into bankruptcy by management. I don't believe that this is just bad luck with the state of the market, nor an unfortunate and unforeseeable timing for essential fund raising.

They won't explain anything, I believe it is a pre-agreed plan to send the company into administration and let the shareholder buy the technology on the cheap - this is my opinion. The company is as good as dead.

I never thought it but it looks like dodgy old UEN is going to overtake the value of my afc shares. This is a sorry state of affairs- they'd better do some explaining at the agm

Bet those that took up the offer are feeling like they have been shafted for the second time, getting cheaper by the day.

My order not yet filled; 40% on; but ITM is hot on China which is a surprise given Cooley was wary of China and Russia; I guess market too big to ignore with TWs of stranded energy

I see AFC is a poor share to hold if you have a heart condition or tend to depression so better to be climbing a ladder than slipping down on mouldy rungs , never sure if you can make the journey back up again.

NB...Its called the AIM penny death spiral once you get below 10p getting out is a never ending journey.

Wheres ticket to ride now, bet you thought you'd make a quick buck made here.

I'll be buying at 5p.

I can't wait to hear what is said at the open day, could be right old bun fight, they better be wearing their ear defenders and hard hats.

You guys know where to switch to; no not itm, that is too obvious and the combined ages of four NEDs add up nearer 290 than 270; I call them seatwarmers; Looks like you have a few at AFC, No offence Ianous. They are not even boardroom decoration, since they are past the sell by date.

Maybe when my order is filled,could be Monday, I will let you Ace Investors into the secret;

Your board took the poison for a piddly few hundred thou and you will need miracles not to get bogged down into the Siberian Slush

The advisers and brokers have taken plenty of money from the company, they haven't stood by, they have made profit from it. As have the inept management. The losers are the small shareholders, everyone else wins.

Long wait then and plenty of dilution I guess. Its not only the inexperience of the management, you have to look at the advisers and brokers. They have stood by and let the company fail in City terms.

in my opinion it is a virtual private company run for the benefit of the board in collusion with major shareholders

No way badger , we have been sold down the river , share price halved just before news of 10p was set . This was insider dealing !!
goodby to any share price over 13 for the next few years , someone will profit , but not us PIs I think . Dilution , dilution etc
No more AIM for me , it stinks and costs £££;££s

badger- good power up project news is what we want, i.e. no more delays and "we are on track to deliver by...".Shaking up the board and cutting unnecessary costs. That would do it.And no more bull about the US and Korea.

Sorry guys; even at 9p this still has a valuation of £26m; for what? There's no product, no revenue and an electrode that lasts one year. They also need another funding round!

I think the ruskies will buy this out of administration.
