As a genuine shareholder it's completely correct to call out the shortfalls of a company you are invested in.
What is not normal is to keep heaping praise on a company that is absolutely failing.
The years of lies and deceit will unravel over the next few months as we begin to fully understand WHY there are no sales after so many years.

Well AFC have been visited more than once by Balfour Beattie and their no numpties. Other big names have visited as well, so I very much doubt it's a Ponzi scheme!
