17/6/2024 14:18 | And the de ramp from mc Yellow. | wuzy
17/6/2024 13:29 | The share price rise has stalled, as we await the much promised news of orders and revenue. Despite the hapless efforts from McRamp. The new fair value for now seems to be 16-17p. | yellowf123
17/6/2024 08:07 | Loads of news, deliveries and orders to come throughout this year including plenty near term1) ii's voting through their own placings2) Fast track deliveries of systems to Speedy Hire (from the scale up paid for by the fund raise)3) TAMGO orders (as mentioned more than once in the fund raising RNS)4) TAMGO mass assembly contract (something AFC have advised TAMGO want to do)5) Acciona delivery of 50kVa system6) Acciona order of multiple systems7) ABB delivery of 200kW system8) ABB order of multiple systems9) EU mass assembly contracted out (AB visited Germany to speak to companies there about this)10) USA mass assembly contracted out (Stacks are mass manufactured there already under contract)11) Containerised Ammonia Cracker completed and launched12 Strategic agreements with big Ammonia producers and/or users to commercialise the Ammonia Cracker, likely with the partner investing into scaling it up as per the ABB deal | haggismchaggis
16/6/2024 23:00 | Tomorrow will be a great start as demand increases. Now with a strong foundation and a business in high demand expect further upward moves testing recent Highs. Future Bright as Demand Increases and a Transformative year ahead starting H2 only days away. | halfpenny
16/6/2024 18:07 | It's not a bad thing that placement shares are being offloaded. Let's hope the new 16p buyers have an appetite for holding rather than a quick flip. | yellowf123
16/6/2024 17:33 | Haggis, Your arguments are irrational, of course this can easily retrace and we all hope it won't, but if there is no news on confirmed orders it's highly likely it will. You are sounding like Canute with your blinkered views. | yellowf123
16/6/2024 17:04 | Ignore any scaremongering BS from the bashers, they are trying to cling to anything they can as their negative propaganda ship sinks as AFC keeps rising from the placing price under heavy daily volume (compared to the months prior to the fund raise). | haggismchaggis
16/6/2024 15:56 | Give it a rest Haggis. There is every chance this will retrace back to levels well below 15p unless AFC release news of sales in the near future. It seems clear II's from the last placing have already started offloading shares at this levels. Why shouldn't they, a bird in the hand etc.. 10-20% guaranteed profit is worth having. | yellowf123
16/6/2024 15:24 | OK haggis, that's interesting! | vatnabrekk
16/6/2024 13:35 | The short is pooled with their others as one bet. If the total bet makes a profit then they are happy, which right now it is because their short on ITM was taken out at a much higher price. . This is their bet, it is not AFC it is all of these as one bet. . Helikon Investments Limited AFC Energy 2.01 13/06/2024 Helikon Investments Limited Aston Martin Lagonda 0.52 02/05/2024 Helikon Investments Limited ITM Power PLC 2.91 13/02/2024 Helikon Investments Limited PETROFAC LTD 2.40 22/04/2024 Helikon Investments Limited Victoria PLC 1.12 13/11/2023 . They can afford to lose on AFC and still make millions, which is exactly what I expect to happen. | haggismchaggis
16/6/2024 12:52 | vatnabrekk, . If they think that then they are even more deluded than I thought they were. . The short is pooled with their others as one bet. If the total bet makes a profit then they are happy, which right now it is because their short on ITM was taken out at a much higher price. . This is their bet, it is not AFC it is all of these as one bet. . 16/6/2024 12:20 | Funny thing is, it makes no difference whether they reduced it themselves or got reduced by dilution, they were at 2.21% and it wasn't affecting the share price at all, just look at the chart since July 2023, the price has gone up and up, a few dips as always when there was no news, but it only dropped on on day below their 12p average and they didn't take the money. Now they are down to 2.01% so it's gone from having no effect on the price to being a pointless farce, only intended to cause negativity on the stock in the hope that more shorters attacked it, but none have. . Bashers use it for a scaremongering tactic, which is laughable when you look at the chart since July 2023. | haggismchaggis
16/6/2024 08:22 | I doubt if they will close it all a one go. Anyway they are probably expecting the share price to drop further back so they will be waiting for that! | vatnabrekk
16/6/2024 00:04 | vatnabrekk, . They would have to buy back 16.5m shares. That is about 6.5m more than the average total volume per day of the last 3 days. If they did it in one go it would put 5p to 10p on the price, you can see that from the price movements in the past 3 days when 10m was traded and around half was buys and half was sells, change that to 20m buys and 5m sells and there is your 5p to 10p rise. | haggismchaggis
15/6/2024 23:55 | bmel, . The short has no profit, it's average price is around 12p, it's been loss making since they took it out, apart from one day when it dipped to 11.7p, but they didn't close it and take profit. So I don't see how it's a hedge for trading AFC stock, when it's losing so much money. | haggismchaggis
15/6/2024 15:18 | Agreed, a credible announcement on units shipped will have much greater impact. | bmel
15/6/2024 10:38 | That's what I was saying bmel. A short doesn't affect the share price if it is just sitting there, which Helikon's short has been doing since last July. If they were to close the short all at once then it would have a one-off effect when they buy, but as they don't have a massive amount it is unlikely to have a significant impact anyway. | vatnabrekk
15/6/2024 10:03 | Yes, I stand corrected :- "It is expected that Admission of the Firm Placing Shares and Subscription Shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 13 June 2024 ("First Admission"). Subject to the passing of the Fundraising Resolutions, it is expected that Admission of the Conditional Placing Shares and such number of the REX Retail Offer Shares as are subscribed for will occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 1 July 2024 ("Second Admission"). | skinny
15/6/2024 09:52 | No they didn't it reduced due to dilution. Tennetts on LSE is incorrect. The main shares are already in the market. It's only the 15 million retail shares that need voting . Therefore 10% dilution has already happened and Helikon's short is the same size share wise. It makes no odds to the share price currently though as it is static and has not been reduced or increased. If that happens then the share price 'may' react accordingly. | jimmynan
15/6/2024 09:50 | Vatna The short itself will not affect the price. However, Helikon open market trading to drop the price will. They can buy and then sell shares at a loss, as that loss is hedged by the corresponding increase in the short profit. We have had many days of light volume trading where a relatively small number of 50-100k trades have walked the price down over the course of the day. Not too difficult to do and they are trying not to lose a large sum of money on their poorly timed short. | bmel
15/6/2024 09:17 | Higher highs from a 40% drop you cretin | daleyintoeurope
15/6/2024 09:16 | If it's not affecting the share price why did you celebrate so wildly when you thought they'd reduced... | daleyintoeurope |
