Something else to get people thinking about swapping to an EV, and more doing it.

‘We have too often seen measures to tackle air pollution and the climate emergency delayed around the world because it’s viewed as being too hard or politically inconvenient, but I’m not willing to put off action we have the ability to implement here in London,’ Sadiq Khan has said. And that starts by taxing London drivers and encouraging them to take public transport, walk, cycle or drive electric cars instead.

Further shock: you want them to learn in one too."

At this price I expect a load of analyst reports to flood out on renewable and clean energy stocks, reports paid for or created by the companies that have just hoovered up all the cheap stock.

#5. AFC Energy (LSE:AFC)

Based in Surrey, UK, AFC Energy is a developer of alkaline fuel cells which use hydrogen to generate energy. In 2021, AFC Energy announced the launch of a strategic partnership with ABB to develop the next generation of high power sustainable electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for grid constrained locations. The company is also expected to supply many fuel cell systems to its clients in the upcoming quarters, which suggests its revenues and profitability are likely to grow over this period. The combination of stable financial growth and operations in a market with explosive potential indicates AFC Energy’s share price has a much higher ceiling than its current 42.5p level.

As many have said, it's just a transfer of wealth from the PI's to the ii's.

ii's do not looks at a drop like this the same way that PI's do.

The majority of PI's look at it as losing what they had gained, because most only have short to medium term targets.

The majority of ii's see it as an opportunity, because they all have long term targets such as pension funds, and buying now for dividends later when profits are rolling in.

Me, I'm with the ii's, but with a large holding bought at 0.8p I don't need to buy any more even at this price, neither would I sell any if I had a trading account instead of certificates.

In parallel with NEOM City, another one! Fuel Cell off-grid power generation for the construction would be a perfect fit for building this (or any) sustainable city, and Altaaqa are in the right place to supply that.

"$490m Sustainable City to be built on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island"

"Construction will start in the fourth quarter of this year and will be completed in 30 months."

“Aldar today has a 2050 sustainability criteria and this partnership adds a lot of value to the table and allows us also to grow in achieving UAE’s sustainability agenda,” Mr Habib said.

The UAE aims to become carbon neutral by 2050 and plans to spend more than $164bn on a number of clean and renewable energy projects that are in line with its goal to reduce emissions and protect the environment over the next three decades.

"The new project will have elements related to sustainability, including provisions for vertical farming, a reduction in water consumption, sustainable mobility and waste management."

In addition i have emailed Gary Bullard Chairman of AFC and asked the same questions.
Let's actually see if anyone there has the backbone to answer my very civil questions.

I see Mr pigs innards in a bag is still gobbing off.
Strange how i was supposed to be on filter lol.
Anyhow what are the positives here Haggis?.
I am tired of hearing how its not Bonds fault and its a Global correction.
BUT, IF Bond had of delivered on any of his promises from last year we would not have been languishing at 50p range, we could have been +£1. From whence a proportional drop as we have seen recently would not have hurt too much.
I have actually emailed the company on numerous occasions and in a very civil enquiring manner.
I have NEVER received any response from them.
I have yesterday asked them what are all their staff doing in that new manufacturing facility?. If i get any answers i will share, but don't hold your breath.
I will just add the next cash raise is really going to hurt with the share price at these levels and lower. I predict that coming Q2-2022.
All these new staff and jetting around the world have got to be paid for.

vatnabrekk,

With some sales of the HFC, which must come soon otherwise why would AFC fast track it for deployment in Q1, I could see AFC going back up there somewhere too.

Or is it work in progress and a fantastic top up or buying opportunity? Being 'in' depends entirely on whether you believe in the tech and the company in the longer term. Unless you need the funds urgently etc.
