16/7/2014 07:59 | Bit of a shocker | hydrus
16/7/2014 07:44 | I assume existing holders are going to be very unhappy that shipments were stopped to the companies largest client and they have only been told in the middle of July, FFS! | brownie69
16/7/2014 07:42 | Been watching this with an eye to buying in, but! Poor trading update. Lots of bluster and jam tomorrow but the punch lines are; A major customer has reallocated budgets and shipments have stopped at the beginning of April it remains unclear when they might resume. Management expect that revenue and profit for the current year will not meet market expectation. Do well to hold at 30p I reckon. | brownie69
09/7/2014 10:51 | Most off which come to fruition. | battlebus2
09/7/2014 10:46 | Did you hear these whispers from your own head? I see you talk frequently about rumours in previous posts......... | hydrus

04/7/2014 23:36 | Watching these very closely, bought in at 14p and sold in the 50's a while back. Didn't expect to see these fall so much so trying to time a purchase or two again. | battlebus2
04/7/2014 23:19 | Trend still down seems nailed on for 30p | hydrus
04/7/2014 15:59 | good to know he was President of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity Kappa Mu Chapter! Seriously though, an impressive CV for a young guy demonstrating direction. I've now listened to all the web casts and it feels to me at least that this is a good point to buy into the co. I think the simplification of the proposition and corporate structure is sensible. I think the financing side is a pro-active way of filling the cleantech public financing void in the UK whilst it sounds encouraging that this may not be required across the pond. Thanks for the sleuthing as always. | dasv
04/7/2014 14:49 | Dasv, Have you listened to any of the CEO interviews? This one is the most interesting interview - 4/11/13: APC Technology Group - Acquisition of remaining 10% of Minimise Energy ===== Looks like they are building a biggish team in Canada: The CEO is a Robinson, the biggest shareholder is a Robinson. | simon gordon
04/7/2014 09:23 | yep in here as of yesterday - maybe an overhang but value at this level and good prospects imo. | dasv
04/7/2014 07:54 | Picked a few of these up a couple of days ago despite the recent seller/downward trend.Like the story - prospects.Keeping a finger or two crossed of course ! | hastings
03/7/2014 19:44 | Highest weekly volume since the re-rating began in H2 2012, hopefully a good dollop tomorrow and the overhang might get cleared: | simon gordon
02/7/2014 12:52 | Keen seller could be Henderson Global Investors, they went below 5% on 1st April 2014. Prior to that RNS they held 2.93m shares. | simon gordon
01/7/2014 23:00 | Am coming to this new and only had a quick read through the financials, but can someone clarify why net profit in 2013 was £4.2m and the majority of this was related to exceptional items? PBT in the most recent interims was only £760k. | imranawan

Existing customers include Morrisons Supermarkets plc; Network Rail, Knight Frank; NHS amongst many others and minimise have been specified by several other major companies to be announced in the months ahead. ------ Anyone sniffed out if one of those major companies is another supermarket? Tesco's, for instance, would be the dog's. ===== Dawn Cutler the founder of Minimise is still working at Minimise: So, I doubt she's flogging her 12m shares. | simon gordon
01/7/2014 17:25 | Keen seller could be one of the following: Invisible Systems - 23/7/13 1.558m shares given to vendor in consideration. -- Minimise Limited - 23/5/13 12m shares given to vendor in consideration. == Potential overhang = 13.558m shares. There are 58.55m shares in issue. Does anyone know if there were lock-ins on the Invisible and Minimise equity holdings? If Minimise are unloading maybe the house brokers should get on the trumpet to Woodford Investment Management to see if they'll take a big block of stock. Monthly volume since 01/13: | simon gordon
01/7/2014 10:25 | Proj, Yep, looks like it will bounce around in the 30's for the summer. Northland are forecasting EPS of 3p to 8/15, which is a big difference from N+1 who've got 3.6p. Northland are forecasting net cash of £2m to N+1's £3.4m. Split the difference and maybe they can do 3.3p: 10x = 33p 13x = 42.9p 15x = 49.5p | simon gordon
01/7/2014 10:11 | It's all pointing to 30p, Simon. Big support there though. | proj |
