Is reasonable to assume the share price drop is due to the current and stupid action of the Government - re confetti money and low rates etc causing the £ to drop. Article in link as I see it could put AMS in the loop as it satisfies what the article says in terms of cash and product. share price should be higher for this well managed company!

IMHO AMS are a very solid company paying a good dividend, in fact one of the very best on the AIM market. Why the share price is dropping I do not know but they must be looking cheap to a larger predator in the medical sector.

Great company - doesn't generate much talk but gets on with delivery and product rollout. Good board and CEO.

Solid set of results and a dividend increase IMHO should see AMS back to £3 before ex-dividend date.

I have posted this from the last trading statement in July of this year, very positive. Why the drop in share price of late I cannot imagine, any ideas anyone.

"Chris Meredith, Chief Executive Officer of AMS, commented : "I am delighted with the ongoing strength in trading across the company and that we remain on track to meet expectations this year. I am also very pleased with the progress that our development teams have made. We continue to expect that a number of key projects will reach major milestones over the next 12 months and will play an important role in sustaining our top line growth in the long-term."

There could be announcement i.e. LiquiBand Launch----``Good progress continues to be made with key regulatory and clinical programmes. In particular, the FDA 510(k) approval of LiquiBand® XL, announced in May 2022, was a significant step in the development of the LiquiBand® franchise and the product remains on track to be launched in the US during Q3 this year``.

SP up 30p today on a reasonable volume for no obvious reason. The TU last month was inline and good , but steady rise this afternoon. Perhaps just noise, but let's hope there is a good reason instead....

Dozey3, If you look to the right of the results table`s it gives the 2019 figures. We are not back to pre covid figures, feel the share price will recover as the ex-div date approaches IMHO

Liked the continued emphasis on r&d. Not keen on the figures being compared with last year rather than pre-pandemic. Doesn’t reflect well on management.

All +`s and an acquisition also plus increased dividend. I have had a quick read cannot see any dark clouds on the horizon IMHO. Piece talks seem positive between Ukraine and Russia fingers crossed.

Yeah agree there shouldn't be too many surprises with the result on Wednesday. I think it's more about the outlook and product development progress. It will be good to see the growth in the second half and if this has continued into the first quarter of 2022. It would also be good to see if monthly sales/profit has reached or exceeded pre pandemic levels in the later months of second half or the first quarter of 2022.

Significant share price drop of late below £3. The last trading statement was very positive, next results mid March. Hopefully no bad news, could be a top up time IMHO.
