With Knifton reputation on the line i cant believe this is a 'pump and dump' exercise. on the other hand can well believe the other part of the story regarding brokers... they will do anything to make a few bucks out of us all. b...tards!!!!!

just check out the buys for the week...on the 26th and today buys for 20p...so they have bought stock for 20p phoning people up,telling a story and selling them @25.5p thats what price my friend was offered.crooks...they are making 5.5p spread profit.....bigger crooks then the mm's...only helping you out,i would not like other people to be crooked.

no,no you don't get it.they must have bought them before and then cross selling to the people they phone,so no buys will show up...only a big buy when they bought them.e.g they bought 2 million @21.5p e.g phone joe public up and feed a story and sell them @25.5p.....nice profit for the brokers get it now.

The 1m "B" trade is a good sign, why because it wasn't a sell it was a transfer from share broker to spread bet. This tells me that the person that has done that is very confident in making money here and they want it tax free. Hence the broker to broker trade.
It is more risky to spread bet so they are very confident of news soon.

MMs are really struggling to find stock here. They know there's going to be an incredible demand for ADP. ....Just needs to rise steadily now at 10% a day for the next few months.

Exercise of Convertible Loan Notes

At a Board Meeting of 23 September 2005, the Board accepted a request from Atun
Select Fund Limited for the conversion of Loan Notes for #25,600 and has agreed
to allot 2,560,000 new Ordinary shares at 0.1p per share (the "Shares") in
accordance with the terms of the Loan Note Instrument. This holding represents
21.72% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

The Shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares and
application is being made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
