ADORIAN PLC ("Adorian" or the "Company")
(Formerly Oakgate Plc)

Preliminary Results Announcement
for the year ended 31 December 2004

Chairman's Statement

The audited results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2004 showed that
your Company incurred a loss, both before and after taxation of #66,000 (31
December 2003 #5,798,000 profit before taxation) on turnover of #nil (full year
ended 31 December 2003 #Nil).

At present the Company does not conduct business and is a cash shell. As stated
in my last report, we are actively seeking a suitable acquisition to allow us to
re-establish shareholder value going forward; further announcements will be made
on our progress in due course. We have recently obtained additional funding
commitments, to ensure that we have adequate resources to satisfy our ongoing
liabilities.

LEADER'S OFFICE : Well, not for the first time the directors have made a bit of a hash of an RNS announcement.

Contrary to what they said in the RNS of June 23rd (i.e.yesterday) the convertible loan they're talking about was actually made on 29 December 2003 and an amendment was announced in an updated RNS on 8 June 2004 (not - as they say in the RNS 8 June 2005!). They must have been wearing Harry's dark glasses when they wrote that RNS - and, strictly speaking, it's so inaccurate they should issue an amendment.

TALKING OF DARK GLASSES HARRY: . I can't find Jubilee Mining anywhere. What exchange is it on?

Do we assume its still a long time off b4 an acquisition judging by this statement...I thought they might have been close to put the final touches to something

The existing convertible loan of #50,000 which was announced on 8 June 2005 and
was provided by Xerius Limited, Clarion Finance AG and Atun Select Fund Limited
("the Lenders") has passed its scheduled repayment date. The Company also
requires additional funding to enable it to continue its objective of
identifying a suitable acquisition, which ought to be concluded before 1 April
2006 in accordance with the recently revised regulations applicable to the
Company under the AIM Rules.

....And everyone is so confident that yesterday saw only sells and one of the Directors has options to purchase at 1.4p on a TEN year timescale. Can hardly lose can he !

The investment world is littered with failed biotech companies - MPM has alot to prove and success will take years not months. I see no huge buying spree at present to support such a bullish outlook.

Interestingly, I purchased 35000 shares in early April and have not yet received my share certificate. It shouldn't normally take two months, albeit there has since been a Company name change.
