At June 2023 the Group had net current liabilities of £1.2m with a further £3.7m debt
& other payables due after 12 months (excluding a decommissioning liability of £1.5m)
Cash balance of £86k

£0.5m is remaining for subscription under the convertible loan note facility, however
the group expects in the period that more funding might be needed.
