You should phone Halpin and Mills and ask them for their views on how they expect the new company to go.
There is no reason for them not to tell you.

AD4 is on the right road to recovery there is no doubt.

IDE is also well on the way to recovery, its just a much bigger company doing much bigger deals.
The 2 companies are not in competition, AD4 cant do 1 tenth of what IDE do.

But AD4 has its sector in which it should do well espc with the new team onboard.

Lol...i didn't say that IDE's datacenters were small, i implied that IDE was a small player in the data center space , technology moves very quickly, and the Major players in the market have an advantage. Gl ;-)

Following Shareholder approval received today for a change in the Company's name to CloudCoCo Group plc, a rebranding programme is now underway. Once this exercise is complete, the Company will formally change its name, website address and trading ticker. An announcement confirming the timetable for these changes will be made in due course.

The problem that small Data Center players like IDE have is keeping up with the rapid advancement in technology and hardware etc...not saying the won't come good, but Cloud service providers like CLCO have multi-partner data center players and therefore can be much more flexible in providing a wide range of services to a wide range of customers with a wide array of software and hardware and so can provide very cost effective solutions...and so the potential upside for CLCO with their dynamic, strong and experienced cutting edge sales development team looks very exciting. Let me be clear to avoid any confusion.

When I say "game over" I mean for the time being until it settles and the company start creating some business.

I dont mean the company is finished lol far from it.

You either hold and wait for things to tighten up again or you wait until it has settled for a few months and then buy on weakness.

Eventually, it will start to grow and ther share price should rise accordingly, but for now the action has been watered down.

I would still buy this but for the time being I will wait.
This is a small company remember the real action will be with IDE.
Thats where MXCP own 44% and 11m of loan notes!!

IDE owns their own Data centers and serviced contracts are where the money is.

I would buy here again when the price and the time are right for me.
If you already hold there is no need to panic the company has only just been rescued they are hardly going to allow it to fail.
