We'll be posting a link to a video of the presentation over the next week.

They presented at Richmond this time last year, the share price is up about 40% since (although it only started its ascent in Nov 16). The team went over what they said then, and what they've actually achieved.

They show the journey from historically fixed line, to managed services now making up the larger part of revenue. They talk about how the industry has changed over their history and how that's effected their business. And outline, what the acquisitions have bought to the company, and on-going acquisition strategy. They ran through the new banking facility.

They come over as very competent.

I understand there are only about ten places left at this supper event with the directors of the company. i would expect a good turnout and everyone raising a glass to them for a company that has performed so well...

Good looking results. Seems 7% revenue increase was organic (other 12% was from the Comms group acquisition).


These small, capital-lite telcos look a better bet than BT and Talk Talk at present.

Having said that, they will probably have to go easy on the acquisitions for the next year or three.

The Director purchase just announced may support your argument Trigger;

'announces that Richard Burbage, Unified Communications Director, has purchased 125,000 shares at 240p per share.
