SP has risen 35% since mid December on no news but surely something must be going on ?
Company are not big on news, there was nothing between the interim statment on 22/11/11 and a trading update in May 2012 last year so a long time to wait on that basis.
Happy to hold. At least the bb hasn't been invaded by rampers ......yet

I was suggesting a take-out at 80p a month ago.. if there's anything going on, it'll need to be a lot higher than that now..

I hold a few here. Could just be the next strong leg up, as has happened a couple of times this year. This is still very cheap imo. Any take-out would have to be around 80p, I reckon.

Adept Telecom ends 2010 on a high note

Adept Telecom has recorded its highest ever new business Month since trading began in June 2003.

New sales for November were more than 11% up on the previous best set in August 2008.

The November bounty included some key wins for data networks within the private and public sector as well as some significant gains through the traditional voice channel.

Adept also secured its first lucrative M2M Sim contract with a deal to provide a leading provider of vehicle telematics with SIMs for 5,000 trucks.

Sales Director Joe Murphy has attributed the result to a concerted push to widen Adept's product range. "We've graduated from a calls and lines business to a fully fledged convergence player within the last nine months," he said.

"It was only a matter of time before all the hard work paid off. We are estimating a contract value haul of around £1.2M from November, this is spread nicely across a number of customers and perhaps more significantly, a number of products.

"We are going into 2011 with our tails up. We have real ability throughout the business and a shared goal. Our recent deal with BT Wholesale to sell VoIP for Business will give us enhanced scope to exploit the growing demand for IP."

Results on Tuesday the 26th.

After their last trading statement, and director buying at 40p, they are bound to be good.

I would be surprised if directors don't buy more shares in.

I would also be surprised if they don't produce another year of good EBITDA growth. I don't think you'd bang on about 8 years of profit growth if you then don't deliver 9.

These are on 4x EBITDA (not priced for growth), others in the sector – Alternative Networks for example are on 8x. The sector as a whole has done well recently.

Lots of upside here.
