Funds were raised a lot lower than the current share price.

Raised €272k at 2c in Mar 2013, by the end of that month cash was down to €139k

Probably near zero by Sep 2014, hence the options exercise to raise €150k at 2c.

They have raised cash from them, mate. Granted, the 3 RNSs need wording slightly better.

Skier 100 "3 funding RNSs "?

Do you mean the "issue of equity" RNS?

IMHO these are the result of warrants being exercised (mentioned in last Griffiths Holdings RNS) so I've assumed the others relate to this too.

I don't know the terms of the waarant exercise it is possble some cash has come in but I cant find any mentiion of it.

Praipus -- Take a look at the 3 funding RNSs ADA released in Sep 2014. ADA is sitting on far more cash now than this time last year. The Board is also looking at a new investment to back into ADA. And as you rightly pointed out, Richard Griffiths and Ora Capital Partners now have a 28% stake in ADA. Such a famous investor would not take such a big stake in ADA if he didn't think / know something was cookin' here.

So cash per share is €0.004 or £0.0032 using the RNS data.

ADA is now ready for takeoff.

Presently offering a tiny marcap under £1m, ADA is sitting on spare cash and reviewing currently a new investment to back into (RTO into a shell).

ADA has a miniscule free float of just 8 million shares on AIM.

Once ADA moves, it will move fast.

Investors will be aware that EMT 50-bagged and CHA 10-bagged in anticipation of new shell investments this year.

Well nothing left from the rump for ex Carpathian shareholders then. I guess the disposal now clears the way for long awaited acquisition

Quick questions for longtermers:

1. Any thoughts on a deal being announced here soon?

2. What has driven the share price from 2.5p to 10p in the past year or so?

I have my own thoughts, of course, but curious to hear from those who have been here a while.

Thanks a million.

I'm Sure that there is some rule like that, maybe it's one year from results, or one full years trading with no activity.

Shows you what I know. I was sure that they said needed to make an acquisition within 12 months of EGM or the shares would be suspended. Obviously I was wrong.

And maybe an indication of the old CPT money being returned, we should have had an update by now. I fear this may wither and die and someone somewhere might pocket the cash.

Should be interesting week. Either shares will be suspended as it is one year from EGM or we will get an acquisition . Hopefully the latter!

No RTO yet.
No mention of remaining CPT payouts.

Only a couple of months before we should hear something

Does anyone have a view on the possible distributions to ex-Carpathian shareholders?

Isn't it totally clear from the deed ? :)

I think section 3.4.1 gives us a lot of protection.

The AGM is on 28th August so 6 months later is 6th February.
Or did they mean the 8th March meeting so 6 months is 8 September.

he he he - I just spotted something naughty in the articles of association:
hxxp://www.adamsplc.co.uk/assets/resources/downloads/2013/Articles%20of%20Association%20revised%20August%202013.pdf

It says:
(adopted by special resolution passed on 6 August 2010 and amended by special resolutions passed on 8 March 2013 and 28 August 2013)

Can they predict the future ?

The more I read the more confused I get, but maybe we will hear something within 15 business days of 8th September.

Nice price evolution here. I assume we are all equally in the dark as to why? (any theories welcome!).

Does anyone have a view on the possible distributions to ex-Carpathian shareholders? The (sketchy) impression I get is that there is no focus on this so the ex-CPT staff are making off with any assets/money (loans to subsidiaries being written off etc). Any views (more positive ones preferred ;-)

Annual report out today:

hxxp://www.adamsplc.co.uk/assets/resources/downloads/2013/Annual%20Report%20July%202013.pdf

Nothing much about the 'old' CPT stuff, but this is interesting:

Adams currently has over a thousand shareholders who represent around 5% of the Company and many of these
holdings are valued at less than one Euro. The Board is examining ways of allowing members to remove
themselves from the share register and a mechanism will be proposed in time for the forthcoming AGM.

AGM is on 28th August (in IOM).
I wonder if we will get forced out, before the RTO, or 'encouraged' out.
