take it private re-list it somewhere where there are lax regulatory controls and lots of gullibe mug punters who will chase a 'story'

New all time low - looks as though Mr Market has decided to salavage anything that is possible - If any real residual value I would have expected a scalpers bid BUT the outstanding Court judgemetn may make too expensive -

Cheaper (imo) to buy from the liquidator (Subject of course to Italian Laws)
