18/9/2014 10:38 | Plenty of IP out there Techies know sweet FA about common sense as the ITM thread shows I have stated the same hypothesis many times re buying after administration ... the bits you want ... minus the previous management costs Common sense .... and it happens a lot with smaller companies where money is tight ITM dropping in sympathy ... now in the 23p range as a dash for the bottom with ACTA is on | ![]() buywell2
18/9/2014 09:16 | If there is any value in the IP I would expect a low ball takeout -or possibly cheaper to wait for liquidation when the key bits could be bought without managment baggage (imo) The fact that no sign of a bid and it looks like knowledgeable major investors may stil be unloading suggests that the technology while intereting does not have massive scaleability. Can any techies advise on the correctness or otherwise of this hypothesis | ![]() pugugly
18/9/2014 07:43 | if you apply the Relion acquisition takeout value here you get to 1p by my calculations so even a takeover won't rescue shareholders although it may rescue the management and that is usually all that matters | ![]() the stigologist

17/9/2014 13:04 | From our partner CPS. Renewable energy use at record high in Scotland and set to soar with Clean Power Solution’s new energy storage system The proportion of power in Scotland generated from renewable sources was significantly higher than the rest of the UK. This figure is due to soar with the development of the new Hydrogen generation and renewable energy storage system developed by Clean Power Solutions. This system even allows sites previously unable to connect to the Grid because of high cost, to connect for zero cost. Or even prevent large turbines being turned off due to lack of demand. Now, the power production can be diverted to Hydrogen production and increase efficiency. The Outer Islands could now become self-sufficient in energy and independent from the Grid. A record two fifths of electricity used in Scotland came from renewables last year, official figures have revealed. Much of it came from C&F wind turbines from Clean Power Solutions, installed on peoples own properties. Now, much of this power can be converted to Hydrogen and use as either heating or vehicle fuel. A large council in Scotland are about to install a new system from Clean Power Solutions, to convert renewable energy into Hydrogen to use in part of their fleet of council vehicles. This from May 2013. Acta S.p.A (AIM:ACTA), the clean energy products company, is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation of a paid trial for a renewable energy storage project in the UK. The project was initiated by Clean Power Solutions Ltd (“Clean Power Solutions”) who will be installing the trial this summer. The purpose of the trial, which will be paid for by the end user, is to demonstrate the use of electrolysers to produce hydrogen from rainwater utilising the excess energy produced by a domestic wind turbine. Good news shortly imho. | ![]() encarter

11/9/2014 08:41 | Yesterday's in-field operational news was nice to read. However until ACTA start actually selling their units in any quantity, the share price will be going nowhere and the company will need to keep coming back to the markets for additional funding. Before long they are going to need to start to turn a profit, otherwise they will have no long term future. Aimho. Disclosure: I am long + currently showing a considerable paper loss. | ![]() speedsgh
