Thanks Darrin yes that's a nice bit of arbitration there by those that can lol.I tried for a quick 20 grand buy but no joy. Still 3k extra off my shares will sooth my ire.

Farcical accepting 38p and saying the share price has been weak since 2018 , when recently the price was a fraction above that, and is now being sold at a tiny premium to the current level.

Today Premier Miton = 11.94% (38,094,371)
They reduced by 2,725,974 in February

Large trades this morning have gone through at a slightly lower price than yesterday.
L2 has changed. Market maker WNTS is top of the Buy orders at 36p. LSE was on the sell orders yesterday with blocks of 50,000 below 37p

ACRL trading volumes have been above 1m for the last 3 days. That has not happened in the last 12 months yet the share price has remained stable with the large trades going through between 34p and 35.5p.

Tellworth Investments LLP became a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Miton Group plc on 30/01/2024 .

Premier Miton now own 12.8% up from 10.18%. This could be the combination of the two businesses rather than buying more.
