This is s great long-term hold/add.

They are growing market share in a growing market.

If they can keep reducing the debt the share price will steadily increase.

Yes thanks for that, I missed that since it came out at 8:00 rather than 7:00. The exercise price of almost zero is hardly reasonable. If it was, say, 25p there would likely have been little objection.

The remuneration report was not too popular. Considering the company didn't go bust and the share price has been rising since the big crash that is a bit strange.

Have you never heard of the adage “Buy on the rumour, sell on the news.” That is what short term traders often do. Long term investors look at how well the company is doing and react accordingly, buying low and eventually selling high.
