02/3/2023 10:55 | Me too as I don't think ACSO's shareprice really got the boost it deserved after January's news of 18 new clients. These results should provide more detail on that and the exciting future ahead. | w13ken
02/3/2023 07:13 | For the record, the results will be on Tuesday 4th April - I'm looking forward to them given the excellent trading statement: | rivaldo
01/2/2023 09:02 | Good to see Shore Capital raising their forecasts for 2023 by 7%, noting that there should be an £88m cash pile and that there could be further upgrades with March's figures: “If momentum continues into the first quarter, the forecasts could be considered overly cautious and Shore plans to review its figures alongside further detail in March,” said the analysts." | rivaldo
31/1/2023 13:52 | bouleversee - Où sont les neiges d'antan? | supernumerary
31/1/2023 11:43 | Ah, I see the market has changed direction so ACSO has followed suit. If they go much lower, a good time to buy more methinks | bouleversee
31/1/2023 11:33 | Can't understand why the share price is dropping back again. Profit taking, I suppose, but too soon for me. | bouleversee
31/1/2023 11:29 | supernumerary post 5236: "Chacune?" The male embraces the female (or did when I was younger!) | bouleversee
31/1/2023 09:59 | Indeed, it is looking good and we can look forward to further progress, together with a major improvement in the share price, over the the months and year ahead | aimingupward2
31/1/2023 07:17 | Excellent - the year end update notes that 2022 revenues were once again ahead of prior expectations and that operating margins were strong. Plus there's $64m in the bank. Looking good: | rivaldo
18/1/2023 07:54 | Excellent news, looking forward to a TU end of the month. Still significantly undervalued IMO when you strip out net cash. | rimau1
18/1/2023 07:16 | Nice business update today. We already knew that ACSO had a very good 2022, and it seems this is continuing with the winning of 18 new clients for their various tech solutions. Good to see some prestigious names in there, including Battersea Power Station and San Francisco Zoo: "Steve Brown, CEO of accesso, commented: "2022 was a strong year for accesso, and we're pleased to have closed out the year welcoming such a unique set of new partners to our worldwide client network. The multi-solution nature of the wins underlines the highly differentiated nature of our mobile-first technology. We look forward to deepening our global footprint even further in 2023, helping operators unlock new opportunities to drive revenue and deliver a better guest experience in the process." | rivaldo
12/1/2023 17:50 | It's Madam, actually, indicated by the double e. So much easier just to receive the dividend in my ISA. Chacun a son gout. | bouleversee
12/1/2023 08:34 | Sir, dividends and buybacks are identical other than for the tax advantages of buybacks for those who don't require cash. Simply sell down your shareholding to match the percentage of shares repurchased in the buyback and you have created your own dividend whilst maintaining your percentage shareholding in the company | nchanning
11/1/2023 11:28 | Well, they could pay us a dividend for a change. Cash is what we need now. Buying back shares doesn't pay my astronomical energy bills or increased food prices. Some of us are old and retired and need money to spend not increase IHT. The charges for all the maintenance jobs I can no longer do have rocketed up. | bouleversee
11/1/2023 09:41 | I imagine the company might begin to use it authority to buy back its own shares after announcing results . There is clearly an unnecessarily large cash pile , and I think they will struggle to find acquisitions that are more favourably priced than their own stock . | nchanning
10/1/2023 09:13 | Premier Miton buy into ACSO (and the spread now is a mere 6p at 840p-846p!): "Premier Miton adds Accesso to ‘responsible&r Premier Miton’s Jon Hudson has initiated a position in queuing software group Accesso Technology (ACSO) as he believes it is helping cities deliver ‘sustainable infrastructure&rsquo Citywire A-rated Hudson added Accesso to his £178m Premier Miton Responsible UK Equity fund thanks to the prospects for its virtual queue technologies’. ‘The company’s technologies are used by various theme parks in the UK and US to help visitors avoid long lines via a handheld unit that notifies users when they can enter the particular rides they desire,’ he said. ‘Accesso Technology fits within our sustainable infrastructure and cities theme, with the company’s patented technology solutions used to drive an increase in revenue for attraction operators while also improving guest experience,’ said Hudson." | rivaldo
05/1/2023 13:54 | The spread is terrible atm ; 834/792 on actual trades. | wad collector
07/12/2022 08:51 | New contract win for ACSO's eCommerce ticketing suite at the TFL's Cloud Cable Car over London for the next three years: The contract win is good to see, but in particular it's interesting to see this achieved in partnership with Mace. Mace are huge - they had almost £2 billion turnover in 2021. Hopefully Mace might provide significant additional business in ACSO's direction. | rivaldo
24/11/2022 09:01 | I gather that Peel Hunt's revenue forecast was $134m, so this will be well beaten by the now minimum of $138m. And the 17% cash EBITDA margin compares to Peel Hunt's forecast 14.3%, so PBT will benefit from revenues and margins both well ahead of expectations. Finally, ACSO have overnight won an award at the annual IAAPA conference for their "amazing" exhibit booth :o)) | rivaldo
23/11/2022 13:00 | They will also be earning some nice interest on all that cash now interest rates have increased. With most of the business in the US and the strength of the dollar I will be surprised if a US trade buyer or P/e house are not looking closely at the value here. | davidosh
23/11/2022 12:49 | Wow very nice. Patience pays! Still undervalued on a cash adjusted basis and as we have all mentioned before US private equity should be sniffing around. | rimau1
23/11/2022 11:30 | Woo hoo :o)) Not only ahead of expectations, but also note that cash EBITDA margins are higher - that cash pile will be even bigger now, allowing for bigger buybacks and/or acquisitions. The only problem is that there aren't any broker notes available publically (or on Research Tree), so I don't know just how far ahead of expectations they are - other than materially as otherwise they wouldn't have had to RNS it. So thanks for your estimates StrollingMolby. If correct, on what is now almost a historic P/E of 13 - and with say 20% of the m/cap in cash - ACSO looks terrific value even after the rise today. | rivaldo
23/11/2022 11:10 | What a lovely little, middle-of-the-day trading update from ACSO. $138m revenues and approx $23.5m net profit, which is ahead of market forecasts - some broker notes will need updating... By my reckoning this will result in EPS of 60c and a PE of 13, well below historic levels. Onwards and upwards! | strollingmolby
23/11/2022 11:09 | Weird one why are they releasing a positive update in the middle of trading hours? | sebass |
