Checked out the limits myself, simple really.

Cannot buy any at a fixed price.

One would think a decent buy will move this to 4p rapidly.

I'm no chartist so obliged if any that study the arts could confirm if the downtrend has been broken.

I've noticed a flurry of traders arrive in these occasions and also that there is a trend to look for BOWL charts (thread set up) which again attracts traders. Again, is this a BOWL forming?

Thanks for the positive comments.

I flagged the investment case to a few fellow experienced investors off-board last night and feedback indicates that many are in agreement with apparent undervaluation.

Let's hope ACC now deliver, if so I can see the share price in double figures in 18 months or so.

Glasshalfull - Good morning.

I hope this new site generates some serious, sensible interest in Access.

Many thanks for your hard work. I have a substantial holding at a B/E of 5p so naturally have been disappointed in the progress so far. I still believe in ACC and therefore continue to hold.

Look forward to the full year results.

I am mindful not to reproduce the article per Mike's explicit instruction however I think it worthwhile to mention that having previously been invested (profitably) in ACC it has remained on my watchlist since.

Recently it started looking like a fantastic bargain given the market cap was 70% covered by net cash with the remaining business valued at a paltry £2 million EV while they are expected to deliver PTP of £1.2 million in 2012.

While looking at the opportunity, February's AimZine arrived and has acted as a catalyst to generate interest and a small share price tickup.

Nevertheless, the company is only capitalised at £6.8 million (at 3.0p mid) and the December 2011 trading update indicated that they had traded in line with market expectations - so have delivered PTP of £0.5 million for the full year or to put it another way c. £0.5 million in H2 as they only announced PTP of £21k in H1.

More importantly, the December update indicated that net cash was in excess of £4.1m at 30th Nov 2011 so EV is c. £2.7 million for a business that is forecast to deliver £1.2 million PTP in the current year.

There are obvious concerns about the buy-build strategy as evidenced by the disastrous acquisition of Cobent that destroyed shareholder value but conversely the earlier acquisition of Solcara has delivered an excellent return.

However the some important catalysts for me to come on-board at this juncture is the excellent growth in recurring revenues which are now 65% of total revenue, it is well diversified and the share offers a decent dividend yield at the current price. Michael Jackson has now brought in a new management team and both himself and another director were fairly recent buyers of shares in the company. Having said that, the market will be looking closely (& hoping) that they don't squander their cash pile and it is important that we begin to see evidence of margin improvement.

More importantly though was the fact that Mike's AimZine article highlighted that 2012 will see the company re-launch the business (again, I urge you to read the article which covers this in significant detail).

I conclude that the business is cheap at the current price and with Michael Jackson at the helm I expect the share price low of 2.5p to have been a nadir of the company especially given that the business will be re-branded and re-launched in 2012.

GHF

Think a new thread's in order with charts and forecasts, etc.

Happy to do the needful if consensus of users welcome it.

Lewis Winthorpe,

The stock has been tipped previously by T1PS and is owned by SF T1PS Smaller Companies Growth Fund. It was also the lead feature in Aimzine over the weekend. Please read my earlier posts, where there is a link to all the detail:-
