AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it was notified that on 15 December 2022, Mr Tony Best, Special Advisor to the Board, and Mrs Naemi Best, a person closely associated with Mr Tony Best, each sold 61,750 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 1625 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Best and persons closely associated with Mr Best, retain an interest in 5,711,207 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.96% of the current issued share capital.
