AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 7 February 2018 Stuart Luke purchased 1,873 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 795 pence per share, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This purchase represents Mr Luke's entire holding in the Company.
