Without wanting to incur your ire again ali47fish. I will restate that the management rarely engage with the investors, the profit margins are trending down and the operating cost are trending up. Upsides : the newly established ABD solutions gets traction, the simulators sales take off and RFpro continues to flourish . Downsides: new competitors have entered the market, and existing customers may view ABDs foray into testing services with DRI and Vadotech as a competitive move |

Regulation worldwide is also increasing “as tests become more complex, [with] requirements for guided soft targets that can replicate different vehicles, road users, pedestrians, animals, etc, operating at different speeds and in different ways,” Carver adds. He forecasts revenue growth in the mid teens “for the foreseeable future”.
AB has a strong balance sheet with a net cash standing of £28 million providing scope for acquisitions and investment. Its trajectory may be bumpy, but AB Dynamics looks worthy of the ride. Buy. |
