Its quite clear that prof dunderhead is in way too deep here, and has lost the power, assuming he ever had it, of objectivity.

He bangs on about Rowan Atkinson still owning about 8% of the company. Well news for you donkbrain - when you hold that much of an illiquid share, you cannot sell it.

Like you, he's stuck with a large holding, and is desperately hoping it comes good.

I repeat my point made earlier. A 'bank' with a value of $10m is actually worth zero. No sane investor would deposit a cent with such a small outfit.

I'll send "pet lover" a private message tomorrow.

Let you know, any response.

Mickluv1 - excellent point. I was thinking about "pet lover" the other day.

No sign of him now, but he does have another thread of his own.

Maybe we should hunt him down.

All rather strange nocky. He came out with immaculate research, and even what looked like some inside info (which wasn't - he was just pretty shrewd). All of a sudden he vanished.

I private messaged him many times, we spoke about things we had in common, then when he "vanished" I enquired as to whether he was unwell or anything was untoward, and was roundly ignored.

He appeared briefly on a few other threads but has resolutely stayed silent here since.

Up to him of course, people can be rather strange at times. It would be nice if he came back and started buying in big, but he's obviously lost interest for whatever reason.

If he still looks in here, he may realise that it would be his loss if he doesn't start stakebuilding again, for I'm convinced he sold his holding.

Take your point (and other posters) on Zaf's 37% stake as opposed to LEG's 12%, but of course if he looks after himself in that respect and increases his wealth by increasing the value of IBS, then LEG will naturally benefit accordingly.

I think it's a fabulous move by Zaf, who I'm sure will be vindicated in the end, and all the knockers of him will have to eat their words.

You'll be most welcome nocky44 - you are one of few on the invite list.

Yes, multiple returns here eventually - everything takes time, and I'd rather tick up two or three points per week and do it gradually than spike up and come straight back down again.

Looking forward to the run in to the year end now, expecting at least another three RNS's before New Year's Eve.

All of which will be positive.

Evening PP, and all holders, I'm in here for multiple returns on my investment now, and confident it will come, well overdue a spike up, but that's not what shareholders are after, a continued upward re-rate is what's needed otherwise will be a continual traders share, I would pile in more at this level, but so much tied up with SAVP(suspended) unless another stock bags, stuck with about 9 million shares, todays news is good, but I hope Zaf will be looking after LEG and not spending all his time increasing his wealth with is 37% stake in IBS (unfortunate choice of name), I ve posted here infrequently but always on my radar, expected updates from other LEG investments before now, look forward to the 1p shindig :-)

Right, thanks for the info soup.

What's your take on IBS? Do you see it as a winner?

I think it's going to surprise a lot of people and generate vast amounts of commission income, 12% of which goes straight to LEG.

Well, although on the chart we appear "unchanged" on the day, we've moved from 0.11/0.14p to 0.12/0.13p, so we have actually ticked up one point on the bid.

For the first time in a while, the mm's are actually posting a sensible spread.

Interesting times.

lend - we'll have a pint or two on that over in NY at the 1p party!

I can see two major things going forward.

1. VS will increase in value
2. IBS will generate lots of cash...

Interesting how the 'new' shareholders in IBS don't appear on the register.

When Zaf announced his stake it showed instantly.

Fair enough PP, we will have to agree to disagree on IBS, but I find it all a bit strange, I wasn’t impressed by the last shareholding RNS and I find this one a bit pointless at this stage, nobody really thinks that LEG and the LEG management have generated circa $5m of value in a matter of weeks just by setting up a new startup company that hasn’t started even trading yet as far as I know.

lend - we'll have a pint or two on that over in NY at the 1p party!

I can see two major things going forward.

1. VS will increase in value, giving us a very solid base with our 7.2% holding.
2. IBS will generate lots of cash via commission income and Zaf has already said that will be used to increase investments in other areas (more VS?) or seek out new ventures.

The sky really could be the limit here, but it all takes time.

For now though, a mcap of £4m is balls.

From the RNS we have no idea how much cash IBS has actually raised, for all we know an investor may have converted $10k debt into 0.1% of the equity, who knows, but I think it’s highly unlikely anyone here will get rich as a result of the investment in IBS, VS is the only big value driver in my opinion.

Thanks Prof, It may not have the instant gratification that we would all want but it provides us way more potential than this stock has ever had. Fast forward a year and i can see it not being about VS winning another contract, listing, award etc... we have other businesses!!

Given Virtualstock's already stated intention to "expand into overseas markets", one wonders where the first move will be made.

Combined with the intention to possibly IPO on NASDAQ will it be in the US or are European or Asian markets ripe for exploitation.

There are some on the "losers" thread that think VS isn't worth a dime, but of course they have their own agendas, talking rubbish being one of them.

I believe I read that one or two from VS have already been in the US, so maybe that will be the favourite for the next contract.

That really would light the blue touch paper here.

The last positive RNS was John Lewis and that spurred an increase which took over a month to peak and was only reduced due to a delay in VS integrating their systems into the NHS.

Leg have been crying out for another investment to show promise and we got in pretty much for free. The other companies lent money and have now changed that to become shareholders hence the valuation.

Zaf is in his element, it's the industry he knows and loves and combined with Leg it seems a perfect fit.

It's easy to listen to the doubters and become hugely skeptical about his intentions but personally i think he's made some good moves (also some mistakes) and i see this rising in the short term as well as the long term. We have a ridiculous valuation at the moment and anyone buying is getting Leg on the cheap.

Also we got our stakeholding for nothing in effect, as Zaf did the initial consultancy work, and is in effect now a partner.

Big things will happen in IBS over the coming years in my view.

It's a perfect symmetry for LEG.
