Well, you'd expect me to say this lend, but I do strongly disagree.

The seed investors and others have taken equity at a valuation of US$10m.

IBS will now start life with plenty of cash to get going. We need licences and permissions news now, shouldn't be long. I wouldn't be surprised if with their connections, they haven't already got some clients lined up.

Watch this space.

I have to say the IBS RNS’s have led me to be somewhat cynical, first the shareholding matter now this valuation, it’s an early stage startup so stating any value for what was purchased for a nominal sum only recently is pointless. For me LEG remains all about VS.

After the initial buying on the RNS, nothing for 2 hours? If you believe our mcap of £4m this has just added 21% to it, and the result a meagre one tick up!! The 666 trades someone's attempt at humour right?

Anybody in any doubt as to the future potential and value here, bear in mind that the $10m valuation for IBS is a STARTING level of the company value.

This is before they do any business. Imagine when they get their licences and permissions, and the business starts.

Supposing this time next year it has a valuation of $30m? Quite and easily feasible, and chicken feed in the big scheme of things.

So, that's an extra £2.5m of value to LEG. By then, who knows what VS will be achieving?

Things are kicking off here, and we are still only valued at £4m. They could get a big boost in two weeks time with an award at the Amazon evening. Even without a gong, networking will be going on big time.

Again I say, in one year's time an mcap of £4m and a buying price of 0.14p will look completely ridiculous.

All of the above by the way, is without any positive press comment and an eventual BUY tip in the Sunday press which I have no doubt will eventually come.

Annoying that the ceo gets more than the company

Well PP looks like you might have been right about IBSIt would have been a better RNS if the whole holding was in LEGs name double the MCAP in an instant in fact. However I'm not greedy and fair play to Zaf hereLooks like I'll be buying at a higher price than I intended once the cash rolls in:-)

Make it easy for him. How about a 100% riser?

Actually, thats too tough. How about any share that prof idiotchops bought that has actually gone up.

No momentum here. The spivs who waded in straight after the RNS will soon get bored and sell out, as they realise that a bank worth $10mln is no bank at all, and is effectively worth approximately $10mln less than the current mystery valuation.

Something very stinky about this NZ operation imo.

Still a bank worth $10mln eh? That will get the institutions and rich folk flooding in.

LOL!
