02/3/2017 18:28 | Certainly someone who is very confident that's for sure :-) | ![]() yorgi
02/3/2017 18:26 | That's a £10,000.00 buy - the sort of figure you would try and find if you were given a 'nod nod wink wink' on a sure thing from someone in the know if you ask me - imo | gottopickapocketortwo
02/3/2017 17:21 | Good 5.5m buy 15 mins before the bell. Interest is increasing here again. Could be an interesting March. | ![]() professor pettigrew
02/3/2017 15:17 | Nice to see some interest coming back here. The trade at 0.177p posted as a sell is my little top up for the day. | ![]() professor pettigrew
02/3/2017 15:06 | I can understand your frustration Kemorkid :-) | ![]() yorgi
02/3/2017 15:02 | I think VS has a bright future, the only problem is transparency, I'm sure Zaf being a personal holder of a VS stake is aware of more details, he should share them with HIS shareholders. Not sure if this constitutes a conflict of interests? Nice to see the share price moving up. | ![]() gbenson1
02/3/2017 14:37 | One thing that is consistent with LEG is does not take many shares traded to move the share price one way or the other. Whether or not I will be shown to be right but I believe VS will reward us in time but it remains to be seen of course. | ![]() yorgi
02/3/2017 14:36 | I suppose I would looking the "sympathy vote" | ![]() kemorkid
02/3/2017 14:34 | He can hardly tell you anything meaningful as it has to be announced to the market first. | ![]() yorgi
02/3/2017 11:04 | Thank you sam. | ![]() dr jekyll
02/3/2017 10:52 | For those who are interested 🍉 | sam the man1
02/3/2017 10:38 | Prof - you just topped up the wife's pension pot with that 2.3 mill buy?! | philmiboots
02/3/2017 10:12 | Would it not make sense for vs to reverse take over leg? or is that not a route to market? | ![]() mccracken227
02/3/2017 09:52 | Cheers yorgi. The VS website is quite impressive generally speaking but there is nothing about financial information. However I felt better after reading through their client list as the LEG share price is nothing to write home about just yet. I am hoping, like many on here I imagine, that it will improve soon assuming that VS have some good news for us. | ![]() dr jekyll
02/3/2017 09:43 | The last accounts were filed on the 21st March 2016 Dr Jekyll so fairly soon I would have thought. I agree an impressive list of clients and hopefully we will soon see some more added to the list. | ![]() yorgi
02/3/2017 09:21 | Does anyone know when the next report from VS is due? I think someone on here said it was this month and as I can't find anything on their website I thought I would ask you kind folk. They do have an impressive list of clients. | ![]() dr jekyll
01/3/2017 15:40 | yorgi the problem is we don't know the startup costs for the technology and personnel for each new contract, we don't know what the profit margins and payment terms are on the contracts, yes VS have won a lot of new contracts but we haven't seen any visible income on the profit/loss account. According to their last published accounts (Dec 2016) their a £1m co!! The only way LEG will profit is if VS publicly revalue themselves or float? | ![]() gbenson1
01/3/2017 15:05 | I'm not sure I follow that. If VS were to win some big contracts and with those contracts increase revenues significantly and then profit, VS will then warrant a higher valuation and accordingly LEG's share of that valuation will rise as well. Whether the share price does is another matter. But clearly it should and probably will effect the share price and LEG's market cap. EDIT Of course VS has to win those contracts first. | ![]() yorgi
01/3/2017 14:25 | The problem with VS is they can announce all the contracts they want and it doesn't affect the LEG share price long term, according to companies house VS is only a £1m co as at Dec 2016, we need a re-valuation from them, it could be a long wait. At this time Zaf would be crazy to consider selling part of our stake in VS!! | ![]() gbenson1
01/3/2017 14:04 | However for the moment the market does not appear to recognise that potential. | ![]() yorgi
01/3/2017 13:52 | Who knows what negotiations VS could be in at this time but if they do secure a large contact along the lines you have suggested Quinan then who knows where it would go. | ![]() yorgi
01/3/2017 13:49 | Agree if the NHS are looking at a £1bln saving using the Edge then other will be watching very closely. The market for this is huge, what we need is some clarity of what the bottom line is for VS. What would you pay with a turnover of £10bln to make a £1bln saving £50mln £100mln Just on this one contract would justify a 1p valuation for LEG, if they grab the MOD or any utility company etc. where could this go??? I feel the bottom has been reached and now everyone is watching and waiting the key now is timing. Do I add to get in before the herd or wait for news to get a belter idea of value, but as we know the market is always pre warned so will mark it up beforehand. | ![]() quinan
01/3/2017 13:46 | The 108k trade is a buy it's mine :-) | ![]() mickluv1
01/3/2017 13:31 | Yes very interesting Quinan. Apart from the NHS VS could quite easily sign up other big deals to add to it's client base. VS is a very interesting company and could easily grow significantly from it's present valuation I would have thought. | ![]() yorgi |
