Highlights

• Rig contract executed for Hickory-1 exploration well flow test at Project Phoenix

• Multiple hydrocarbon-bearing pay zones to be flow tested, with final program design underway

I've started positioning. I see it was a small raise of only £4.1m and by 88E standards that should be churned in no time, more importantly it is now fully funded to flow test the Hickory-1 discovery. We've got a bit of time to rise into the permitting, mobilisation and testing. I think they've done this raise at the perfect time this time, they left it a bit late back in Feb when they raised £8m and only gave themselves 4 weeks before spud to churn that, still managed a 60% turn but could and should have been a lot more. This will build now and could bag or two before the action even begins. £66m mcap v 647mmbo, Cenkos have a 9p (circa $2bn) valuation on this.

With both 88E and PANR needing money, and needing "fresh blood" new investors to buy in..........I think its possible they may look at merging together to form one new company and then list in USA.

Would make sense for them both imo.
