To be fair the total salary package for the bod is not too bad....I can think of some crazy salaries on aim. Prem for instance.

I agree this may tank on relisting. Pleased I don’t have too much £££; in this stock these days. Too be fair the spikes have not been bad to me but I agree the company has lost direction and this accounts fiasco is a disaster. Meanwhile the directors are getting how much?

Hi VI, sweenoid - agreed - & al.
I sold in 2 bits, 1st 1/2 Feb, rest in june, as VI knows.
IMHO if they had very meaningfully good news they could/should/would have RNSed it,
even as unaudited? We know the past anyhow and are only interested in the future.

Missed date & suspension not good for share price as it could halve on reopen
unless they come up with the goods.
For now, my funds are elsewhere.

Update: the issue is with proving up prior years figures. Auditors looking at historic accounts 2017, 2016 and 2015. The latest coimng from the company this morning is hopefully some time next week.

Thanks for the update Tiger. I really hope your info is correct and we see very positive figures on Monday or whenever they're released.
I have money in the bank waiting to invest but I just can't bring myself to go all in on this one even though I'm positive of an upward move on the horizon.

Accounts going for final review tomorrow- so make you own conclusions - Monday/ Tuesday back up and running?

Again reassured no nasties, if anything the opposite.

Let's wait and see but see a potential trading opportunity if I have time to look at the accounts between 7-8 pre trading. Sentiment low but accounts may show move to profitability (or not) - will try and take a detached view when reviewing pnl and b/s, plus projections

Expect an interesting day (predict swings down then up) - shouldn't really say but that's my take as the info stands - 2m profitability would support a share price of 10p

Was quite lucky that I was a shareholder already then applied for a huge excees in the open offer. This is my biggest holding as I think once net profit is within reach the share price will re-rate.

What is your motive on this board? It's amazing how many people have nothing better than to comment on stocks they don't own but you are, of course, free to spend your own time however you wish. @vilage_idoit

Wow, you must have impeccable timing given it appears to be trading (or it might be if it wasn’t currently suspended) about 10% above its ATL. Take away the spread and costs, and you must be the very fortunate holder of a right chunk of this shower.

Well, I'm glad you did, because I'm currently sat on a nice profit with 7DIG as I've traded a few shares about and only bought when the co was close to breakeven (and not when it needed ever increasing amounts of cash for development costs).

We'll see who is really right come the results. In my opinion, the CEO would not out £30k of his own coins in for no reason unless he has a fetish for losing money, but who knows (certainly not me).

Best of luck with your investments elsewhere as you're obviously not invested here.

There is little we can do now but wait to see who is right, generally delays are not good, particularly when they lead to suspension, but a change of auditors can itself be the main cause of the delay, however, my inclination is to fear the worst, whilst hoping you are right and we will be positively surprised.

Tiger - happy to be wrong but more often than not delayed results are accompanied with bad news rather than better than expected numbers. Companies get good news out quickly.

the numbers were always terrible...& the 7Dig RNS were imo not a true & fair report of reality....always over bullish...

...not issuing the accounts...imho since need a cash raise (again ) to survive & having problems to get it away...

it phps indicates that the claimed contracts of M£ with Mediamarkt or whatever in Germany/Europe

were phps just lies

(RNSs reporting a contract value as X....when it is in fact the lifetime value..over phps 10 years..

has imo been done by 7DIG..

imo breaking the AIM rules & the Company Act 2006.

but its the UK..
so if any rule was broken...nothing will happen !!

..(except PIs losing a % of their money 😕 !)

It is about process and systems not irregularities.

Accounts at the latest next week, plus maybe better than expected numbers....
