I have no idea whether this has already been posted but the article below explains in layman's terms some amazing research from Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Harvard).

They've discovered that a certain type of brain cell can protect the brain from inflammation and that the anti-inflammatory activity of these cells is controlled by the microbiome.

'“Finding microbiome-controlled anti-inflammatory subsets of astrocytes is an important advance in our understanding of CNS inflammation and its regulation,” says Quintana. “This is a very novel mechanism by which the gut controls inflammation in the brain. It guides new therapies for neurological diseases, and we believe that this mechanism could contribute to the pathogenesis of brain tumors.”'

I thought exactly the same but I think it references the immediate cash that comes with the takeover. However, I wouldn't be shocked to see a raft of news shortly after the Nasdaq listing and a raise soon after, hopefully to coincide with a decent rise in the share price to minimise dilution. The fund raise would be solely on the Nasdaq to provide liquidity which will also be needed to sustain a decent rise. That is just my humble opinion and how I see things spanning out, I am sure others have different views and I respect them. Nai, Dyor, wtfdik.
