26/1/2015 20:18 | back down to 30p here we come... | mrmark01
23/1/2015 18:14 | I was invested here last year and was very happy with the management and progress but sold because of the new tax regime. I think I saw in the update that they have not assessed the impact yet internally ( stopped me buying today as I would have expected them to be shouting about it if it was good news). Has anyone here looked at the numbers and got a ball park impact? Not trying to come in negative as I like the company but I sold as they did not clarify it for us last year. | mark10101
22/1/2015 17:08 | Stunning update | luckymouse
22/1/2015 16:19 | good and well run company very cheap still . plus pay a dividend | bubsy2
22/1/2015 09:51 | Very positive reaction so far to todays news with share price up 5p, 12.4%, to 46.38p. Very modest volumes though with the only sizeable trades being 4 separate buys of 10000. Going the right way after a good end to 2014 and strong start to 2015. | mortimer7
22/1/2015 08:03 | About time!! | saj3
20/1/2015 16:43 | Update tomorrow, or Thursday? | busterdog2
14/1/2015 20:35 | results should be good,but what about the POC tax? | mrmark01
14/1/2015 16:25 | Trading update is the third week in January. | busterdog2
14/1/2015 15:12 | Good to see this going up while most shares are tanking | saj3
14/1/2015 13:20 | Does anyone know when is the trading update? Last year it was 16 jan. Is this a takeover target at these levels? Worth a punt? | tines
23/12/2014 17:50 | Should get a (hopefully positive) trading update around mid January. This fall in the share price is well overdone. | busterdog2
23/12/2014 16:04 | today in the news italy helping gambling business might help revenue here too | cascudi
01/12/2014 20:58 | Thanks coxsmn, fingers crossed this recovers in time. I don't have a big enough holding to be worth selling, and just hope they can keep delivering the divi's. | mrmark01
01/12/2014 16:09 | Share price 5.5% down this aft. Far worse than the general market. Are we expecting more bad news for the industry in the Chancellors statement on Wednesday? | mortimer7
30/11/2014 17:29 | MrMark01, "offsets (i.e. cost savings) could be derived from either lower costs of sales or lower admin costs". Could be some of PoC tax passed onto punters, although for TTR to remain competitive this would need to be inline with their peers. | coxsmn
30/11/2014 10:09 | El1te - great analysis = much appreciated... | mrmark01
30/11/2014 10:07 | Coxsmn - Ouch... just to confirm my understanding, the the offset is basically growing revenues outside of the UK to equal at least 15% of total rev? | mrmark01
29/11/2014 18:00 | El1te, Thanks for the article. If we assume the 15% offset scenario (which is probably a fair assumption at this time) then this equates to eps=2. This suggests fair value at share price of 30p or p/e=15. | coxsmn
29/11/2014 11:33 | Hi coxsmn, This article is more in-depth on the impacts to TTR: Gives a range of scenarios factoring in different offsets. Obviously different decisions can be drawn now the share price has shed over 20% since, but the general background still holds true Best, El1te | el1te
29/11/2014 09:26 | MrMark01, Its 15% of rev, which doesn't seem fair. | coxsmn
28/11/2014 22:37 | Thanks coxsmn. Is that 15% of rev or PBT? | mrmark01
28/11/2014 10:00 | any broker forecasts for next year ? apart from the house broker Numis | spob
27/11/2014 21:41 | MrMark01, thats £5m this year, next year could be more like £1m with the PoC tax. The larger operators are likely to fare better than small operators due to economy of scale. Small operators are likely to come under intense pressure and struggle to be profitable. 15% of TTRs revenues in tax is a big chunk of company profits. Hopefully some of this might be passed on to the consumer but this figure is unknown at present and leads to a lot of uncertainty at the moment. | coxsmn
27/11/2014 20:04 | Forecast to make £5m this year. Thats £30m for a comp making £5m a year... | mrmark01 |
