Ged 5, Rimmington started selling down their holdings early in the year, before TW left. That is when the share price nose dived. Web took over the management and sold the lot to another II........very cheaply!

From T1Ps, where the say that 1Spatial is still a Corp. client of Rivington.

"The statement itself is rather ambiguous and no value has been put on the deal but speaking to sources close to the company we believe that it could be a significant contract, with the majority of revenues being recognised in 2014.

The market has continued to react well to recent news coming from the company, with the shares having recovered from lows of 1.7p back in September. 1Spatial is due to report results for the six months ended 31st July 2012 by the end of the month and we await them to see if the company's strategic review has had an impact on performance. There looks to be significant upside potential here but the business still has to prove that it can deliver the jam. For now "hold". "

Cheers' there has not been any amount of selling since 3rd oct news, and today's news comes ten trading days after! Could be good timing from the board, with ten days to interims rollovers due.

If i was a gambling man (which i am) i would have a punt on SPA coming out of the next two seminars below with yet another contract or two.

Does this mean that 1Spatial has won the contract? Chatting to CEO Marcus Hanke this morning the answer is more or less a certain yes. What is it worth? Well the initial deal could potentially be the largest in the history of 1Spatial. This really could be very big indeed!
