07/8/2012 13:07 | anyone know what the recent contract win will be worth? | banking1
03/8/2012 16:17 | yes, but that could be because they are restricted from buying (compliance issues)???? i could be wrong | banking1
03/8/2012 15:52 | Atleast L2 is still sitting at 4/2, despite the sales. doesn't say much when the directors don't bother buying a few at this relatively low level. | empirestate
31/7/2012 11:23 | A couple of good points from the results...looks like only a few months until the moneys starts coming in. Plus a good contract win rns should do the trick. Looking better imho. The Board has undertaken review of the Group's operations as a result of the acquisition and believes that the full benefits of this review will come into effect in the second half of the next financial year ending January 2013. We have a strong balance sheet at the end of the year with a GBP2.7m cash balance (2011: GBP0.5m). Whilst we received GBP5.2m on the disposal of Inca in the year, we have incurred certain cash outflows required to ensure adequate support for the Unilever contract, the ongoing head office costs and deal transaction costs. Once all the strategic and reorganisation costs associated with 1Spatial Business have been finalised, we expect the ongoing trading businesses to be cash flow positive. | 412069
30/7/2012 09:33 | lets hope your right here - could do with making back some of the 63k I lost on pdx! | banking1
30/7/2012 08:33 | Banking1, I'm reasonably bullish, though I'd like to have seen Storage Fusion make a small positive contribution rather than a small loss. It's taking an age to develop into a profitable segment with meaningful revenue. Overall the results are fair - there should be enough here to double revenue organically from £5m+ to £10m+ this year, with a £1m profit. | outsizeclothes.com
30/7/2012 07:58 | can't see it moving up much on those results. all jam tomorrow I'm afraid. | humbugg

20/7/2012 12:15 | Outsizes..... thanks for the update. | 412069
20/7/2012 10:53 | 412069 If you mean the last Inca payment of £1.3m, that arrived on April 2nd. 1Spatial should have over £6m cash by my quick reckoning - £4m (inc all Inca cash) from Avisen part, and £2m+ from 1Spatial part. There are ongoing cash payments for the 1Spatial Australian operation. Last year the finals were on July 27th | outsizeclothes.com
20/7/2012 09:47 | I hope not for long though.... Estienne 4/5p by month end i hope. | 412069

16/7/2012 23:19 | numbers are fine. it is all about rivington street holdings. lots of cash and a decent potential to the business. however, the company has been re-invented several times.....1spatial is their last chance for me | here and there
16/7/2012 20:33 | Let's hope that if the numbers are reasonably good that Webb don't then take the opportunity to offload more. The numbers must be released before month's end, or it's suspension. Although the merger is bound to have complicated things a bit, given the time they've had now the CFO should be sacked if they can't make the AIM deadline. | outsizeclothes.com |
