Hi buystock, there is quite an overhang here but a lot of interest as well. I have taken a fair few M myself. As you know I spend hour after hour investigating these companys that have been poor performers in the past (as I know you do). Some go bust, some come good. What they never do is stand still for long. peek at tric as well.

These are now making money again.

They are raising the money to use as funds to loan out. That does give them greater profit but at some point they will have 10000000 trillion shares in issue. Not sure why they dont borrow the money at x rate and then loan it out at a higher rate. I'm sure they would get a decent rate.

Again, the key issue here is they raised £1.15m so the company will survive. From the statement they sounded very positive for the rest of the year. I honestly expect the share price to recover once the overhang of stock has cleared.
