Just been looking at this ... £0.55m market cap seems very low .. how much debt do they hold ?

Also you can buy thousands of pounds worth but only sell a few hundred quids worth so looks like this rise won't be a sustained one at the moment

The uncertainty near term is that they are seeking to raise furhter funds. Assuming that they secure the required funds it might be worth a punt if the share price drifts lower. Hopefully with the bad debt hits taken they have reported on all the bad news with these accounts but you would probably want to seek clarification of this IMO.
