16/3/2010 13:25 | Will do. I agree that at this level it is not about Market cap really. Look at PINN, I was buying them millions at a time at .0007 yet look at the price they went to. It certainly looks as though the company have a good model, it has just taken them time to get there. It didnt help that in the financial mayhem of 08 that a major funder pulled out. However, to their credit they just got on with it and found another. | ![]() dubois
16/3/2010 12:47 | dubois, look at BHR, they have 6.5 billion shares in issue but the price can still move, it's all about what stock the mm's have. | ![]() induna123
16/3/2010 08:20 | Well they are all buys today so presumably just using up a little of what what sold yesterday and Friday. To me they have got better and better since day one. They have had a funder pull and and dealt with that as well. Only problem is the huge amount of shares. | ![]() dubois
15/3/2010 09:13 | Yeah, thanks to that 50m seller on Friday, mm's can sell at this price. | ![]() induna123

15/3/2010 08:36 | stroob, do you really think that the banks understand the difference between high risk and low risk. Thet went bust 18 months ago. Because a bank will not lend does not mean a company would be high risk. Someone likes the idea, all trades today are buys not sells as indicated | ![]() dubois
15/3/2010 07:59 | Yeah what a great idea ....lets lend to people that the banks view as HIGH RISK!!! Good luck with that one ................. | stroob
15/3/2010 07:57 | These people are stepping into the role that banks used to play. could be very good long term | ![]() dubois
15/3/2010 07:17 | hvs, read the RNS again. Ron Russell, Maria Hampton and Helen Walker are DIRECTORS of the Company and therefore their participation in the Placing is classified under the AIM Rules as a related party transaction. Michael Johnson, Chairman of 1pm, commented: "During what has been a difficult period for the financial services sector we have demonstrated that 1pm has shown great resilience. We are delighted with the interest shown in the placing and believe that the significant level of funds raised will strengthen the Company considerably. There are signs that business levels are now increasing and the proceeds of the placing will allow us to write more business, improve lending margins and accelerate our return to profitability." | ![]() induna123
12/3/2010 17:25 | Its all OTHER PEOPLES MONEY | ![]() hvs
12/3/2010 17:01 | I have vey little knowledge of this company, however, if it is such a dog why would the Directors put their hands in their pockets and subscribe for £262,500 worth of new shares. Nobody knows better than them as to how things are going. The trading update was very positive and they have backed it with their own cash. ????? | ![]() dubois
12/3/2010 16:32 | This stock refuses to lay down lol. Relax, it's a fun punt you muppets. The way you two are reacting you must be down a lot. But stroob raises a pertinent question, How did they manage to raise £1.15m? Somebody must have seen value here. And the share issue is all relative. It's just the same as a company with 150m issuing another 150m. The new market cap will be made up of half cash, if they use the cash to grow the company then then it will have been worth it. | ![]() induna123
12/3/2010 13:47 | stroob I agree, whata flea ridden rabid dog this is. | ![]() rgolding1978
12/3/2010 11:21 | Is it all about Other peoples money here ? | ![]() hvs
