August 26 2013, Vancouver, BC - Lorraine Copper Corp. ("Lorraine Copper" or "the Company") (TSX-V: LLC) has applied to the TSX Venture exchange to amend 2,625,000 stock options granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants under the company's stock option plan. The option application is to set the exercise price at five cents per share.
