A total of 40.33% of the Company's outstanding shares were represented at the Meeting and Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business including :

Election of directors : Mr. Philippe Giaro, Mrs. Ge (Anna) Mao, Dr. Zhijun He and Mr. Christian Guilbaud.

Nomination of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditors of the Company.

Approval of Company stock option plan.
