Altai Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ATI) (US SEC Rule 12g3-2(b) File # 82-2950)
("Altai" and the "Company") announces that on July 10, 2013 the Company has
granted to each of the two new directors of Altai (Jeffrey S. Ackert and Raymond
Savoie) a stock option of 200,000 shares exercisable at the price of $0.10 per
share and expiring on July 9, 2018.
