This announcement replaces the RNS announcement number 2258T released at 16:17
on 12 December 2003. The announcement erroneously stated that a pdf of the
report and accounts would be available from 12.00 noon today whereas it will be
available from 12.00 noon on 15 December 2003. The full text of the corrected
announcement is as follows:

Further to the release earlier today of the Company's results for the year ended
31 March 2003, the Company announces that the report and accounts for the year
ended 31 March 2003 are being published and posted to shareholders.

The report and accounts will be available from 12.00 noon on 15 December 2003 in
pdf format from the Company's website at www.mosplc.com or from the Company's
offices at Wharf Street, Shipley, West Yorkshire BD17 7DW.

It is anticipated that the interim statement of results for the Company for the
6 months ended 30 September 2003 will be announced by the end of December 2003.

It is anticipated that trading in the ordinary shares of MOS on the AIM market
will be restored at 7.00 a.m. on 15 December 2003.
