Directors Dealings


The Company announces today that under the terms of the executive long term
incentive plan, the Employee Share Trust has today allocated 429,697 Ordinary
shares entitlement to three Directors of the Company.



The Trustees of the Employee Share Trust will retain 41% of the above shares in
order to fund the individuals tax liability. As a result, the Directors net
holdings are as follows:
