                 First Artist Corporation plc ("the "Company")

Further to the announcement of 25 June 2003, the Company confirms that the talks
with the Outside Organisation have progressed. Should the transaction proceed,
it will be classed as a reverse take-over under the AIM rules. Accordingly,
trading in the Company's shares is to be suspended with immediate effect until
publication of a document containing full details of the proposed transaction is
published or talks are terminated.
