Tyler joins The Dallas Morning News’ ranking in large company category

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has been named to The Dallas Morning News’ “Top 100 Places to Work 2018” list in the large company category. Tyler was ranked 26th on the list, marking the company’s seventh time to be recognized.

“The caliber of innovative and desirable employers in Dallas-Fort Worth gets stronger each year, and we’re honored to once again be recognized by The Dallas Morning News alongside those companies as a top workplace,” said Lynn Moore, president and chief executive officer of Tyler. “We’ve worked hard to maintain a strong company culture for many years, attracting hardworking, passionate people to our Plano office. We look forward to continuing to grow in this area while making an impact for our local government clients.”

The Dallas Morning News bases its Top 100 Places to Work on an independent, confidential survey of employees. The survey, conducted by Energage, asks employees questions related to company alignment, effectiveness, leadership, management, and work/life balance. To qualify as a Top 100 company, at least 35 percent of a firm’s workers must fill out a survey. This year, 298 Dallas-Fort Worth metro area-based companies that employ 78,710 people were surveyed.

More than 850 employees work in Tyler’s Plano office, which is both the company’s headquarters and home to its Courts & Justice Division. Tyler has more than 4,300 employees and 30 offices across the U.S. and Canada.
