                      Change in director's share interest


The Company has today been notified that on 11 December 2003, a company within
the Dragon Group, a group controlled by A J Williams, Chairman of the Company,
purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 65p per share.


Following this transaction Mr Williams' share interest in the Company is
2,658,985 ordinary shares (10.44% of the issued share capital).
