CVS Health's board had raised the healthcare-services giant quarterly dividend by 10%, to 66.5 cents from 60.5 cents.
The new payout, equal to $2.66 a year, represents an annual yield of about 3.88% based on Monday's closing price of $68.48, up from about 3.53%.
The Woonsocket, R.I., company on Tuesday said the increased dividend is payable Feb. 1 to shareholders of record Jan. 22.
