On July 29, 2021, Peabody Energy Corporation (“Peabody”) issued a press release setting forth Peabody’s second quarter 2021 financial results and providing guidance on selected second half and full-year 2021 targets. A copy of Peabody’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
