Stocks to Watch: Netflix, IBM, U.S. Bancorp, United Continental, Facebook, Tesla, Winnebago

Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade actively in Wednesday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker reflect movements during regular trading hours; premarket trading is specified separately.

Netflix Inc. -- Up 9.6% premarket: The video-streaming giant topped growth expectations in the third quarter, adding 6.96 million subscribers in the period, up from its forecast of 5 million.

International Business Machines Corp. -- Down 5.1% premarket: IBM missed revenue estimates in the most recent quarter, its first sales decline following three consecutive quarters of growth.

U.S. Bancorp -- Up 0.9% premarket: Revenue grew at a quicker pace than expenses in U.S. Bancorp's third quarter as the regional bank reported a 16% increase in profit from a year earlier.

United Continental Holdings Inc. -- Up 5.2% premarket: The third-largest U.S. carrier by traffic boosted its profit outlook for the year, as higher fares and cost cuts offset surging fuel prices in the period ended Sept. 30.

Lam Research Corp. -- Up 6.4% premarket: The chip-equipment maker forecast better-than-expected sales for the final three months of the year, with the midpoint of its revenue outlook at $2.5 billion.

Facebook Inc. -- Down 0.1% premarket: Facebook knew of problems with how it measured viewership of video ads for more than a year before it disclosed them in 2016, according to a complaint filed Tuesday by some advertisers.

Tesla Inc. -- Up 1.2% premarket: Elon Musk's electric-vehicle maker is speeding up construction of a plant in Shanghai in response to the U.S.-China trade dispute.

Winnebago Industries Inc. -- Up 8.2% premarket: Winnebago beat expectations for fourth-quarter profit and revenue, reporting higher sales driven by its towables segment.

Abbott Laboratories -- Down 2.6% premarket: Abbott Laboratories met expectations in its third quarter while narrowing its outlook.
